About Us

Commute PA is a program of the Susquehanna Regional Transportation Partnership (SRTP), a non-profit 501(c)3, serving a nine-county region. Our free services are extended to nearly 1.2 million commuters who live or work in Adams, Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, and York counties and the employers in these participating counties. The Commute PA program receives federal Congestion Mitigation & Air Quality funds that are channeled through PennDOT and the regional planning organizations from the nine counties.

SRTP Mission Statement:

The Susquehanna Regional Transportation Partnership promotes commuting options that reduce congestion, conserve natural resources, and improve safety and mobility at a regional level by educating and implementing innovative Transportation Demand Management (TDM) programs. The TDM program, Commute PA, was developed and implemented by the SRTP Board of Directors which is comprised of the transit agencies, metropolitan planning organizations, and chambers of commerce across the participating counties.
